Smell and taste fresh pineapple drizzled with honey, lemon custard, peach puree, baked pears, roast almonds and hazelnuts, toasted and buttered croissants, fresh cream. Has both exceptional richness and a nice little “tang.” Great match with buttery lobster, crab and scallops.
